How to Know You Need Support

  1. I’m a small business needing to reach specific audiences and meet certain metrics to grow and be successful, with no idea of where to begin.

  2. I’m not the best at writing! Recognizing that the best communication depends on the art of writing, I could use assistance with social media posts, blogs, websites, podcasts, client letters, presentations, etc., etc.

  3. I’m an event planner or venue operator and plenty busy! I sure could use help in offloading tasks related to drafting email invitations and run-of-show documents, securing vendors for vital services such as DJs, photo booths, photographers and other entertainment, and even day-of, on-site support for the actual event.

  4. I’m with a larger company or nonprofit that lacks in-house support for marketing and communications but has an available budget for contract work aimed at external and/or internal audiences, as well as sensitive needs related to c-suite and executive leadership.

What Daisy Glaze Provides (Including Bundles)

It is the overriding goal of Daisy Glaze to make your experience as efficient and cost-effective as possible. No hidden fees. All contracted work is mutually agreed upon before the start of a project. The agreed-upon work will be provided on an agreed-upon timeline. All clarity, no surprises!

  • The initial consultation fee is $25, which will be credited back if Daisy Glaze renders services. While I am based near Cedar Creek Lake in Kaufman County, I am happy to come to you to meet! I can also meet via video call such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom as well as consult via phone at (214) 541-5135.

  • For non-bundled projects, the standard consulting fee is $125 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours for the a la carte services performed.


Bundle Rates

“All-Inclusive Retainer” Bundle

What’s Included: All Marketing/Communications Services (see #4 under How to Know You Need Support for a possible fit)

Number of Hours: 20 Per Week

Weekly Retainer Rate: $2,000

Monthly Retainer Rate: $8,500

(Note: Daisy Glaze will limit itself to supporting one all-inclusive client at a time on a first-come, first-served basis)


“Event Support” Bundle

What’s Included: Support for Event Planning (see #3 under How to Know You Need Support)

Flat Fee: $2,000 Per Event

Maximum Number of Hours: 20, including day of event and post-event if needed


“Small Business Support” Bundle

What’s Included: Support for Promoting Your Small Business (see #1 and #2 under How to Know You Need Support)

Flat Fee: $1,500 Per Month

Maximum Number of Hours: 20 Per Month


A La Carte Services (at standard rate of $125 per hour)

  • Writing for social media, blogs, client letters, presentations or similar needs (2 hours per instance)

  • Full presentation for PowerPoint, Canva, Prezi, Google Slides (4 hours; additional hours if research is required)

  • Speeches (4 hours per instance; additional hours if research is required)

  • Articles/Press Releases (4 hours per instance; additional hours if research is required)

  • Executive/C-Suite support for emails or other critical communications (8 hours per instance)

  • Newsletters (setting up your template is 4 hours; additional hours for writing articles based on the aforementioned fee)

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (if you use this platform, I have recent and extensive experience with successful email campaigns - hours dependent on the need)

  • Public Relations and Branding campaign strategy development (hours dependent on the need)

  • For clients who are not corporate or nonprofit, 50% is due at halfway point of services rendered, and 50% is due upon the completion of services
